




Position Summary: We are seeking a Project Control and Planning Manager with experience in infrastructure construction, particularly highways and freeways, to lead the planning and monitoring of complex projects. PMP (Project Management Professional) certification. **EXPERIENCE AND TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE** \- Mandatory experience in ***highway and freeway construction.*** \- Extensive knowledge of project control according to PMI (Project Management Institute) practices. \- Minimum **10 years** of experience in infrastructure construction projects. \- Minimum **5 years** of experience in highway projects. \- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Project Planner. \- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Control and Planning Manager. \- In-depth knowledge of Cost Control, planning, and change management and control. \- In-depth knowledge of ***Microsoft Project software (MANDATORY)*** \- Experience in construction project management, including strong leadership and negotiation skills, as well as preparation, review, and monitoring of cost estimates and execution schedules. \- Knowledge of project management based on unit prices, lump-sum contracts, and hybrid pricing models. \- Strong customer orientation and ability to negotiate with internal stakeholders at all levels of the company. **PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES** \- Responsible for planning complex projects, both with the client and key subcontractors; allocating necessary resources for each activity within contractual terms and deadlines. \- Responsible for monitoring project planning, ensuring compliance with costs, timelines, and quality; in accordance with applicable laws and regulations as well as the Contract, maintaining direct communication with the Project Director and Construction Manager, as well as their counterparts at the client’s organization. \- Ensuring that resources assigned to each activity are available in a timely manner and that their costs align with the project budget; jointly optimizing such resources at all times with the project team. \- Providing periodic reports on project progress, including financial status, time-and-cost performance indicators, critical path analysis, and variance control. \- Implementing practices and processes that optimize organizational-level project management. **WE OFFER** Competitive salary \+ Attendance bonus and punctuality bonus Grocery vouchers Statutory benefits and above-standard benefits Fixed-term employment contract (with possibility of reassignment to another project) Position type: Full-time, Fixed-term or Project-based Contract duration: 18 months Salary: $45,000\.00 \- $50,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Grocery vouchers Work location: On-site employment
