Position Summary: We are seeking an Architect/Civil Engineer to direct, supervise, and coordinate residential construction, ensuring quality and process optimization. Key Responsibilities: 1. Direct and supervise residential construction 2. Coordinate contractors and control quality 3. Proficiency in construction processes and specialized software **Education:** Architect or Civil Engineer. **Responsibilities:** * Receiving platforms and installations * Directing residential construction * Supervising quality control of residential units * Coordinating and organizing contractors **Competencies:** Leadership and team management skills, negotiation and problem-solving abilities, honesty, analytical thinking, organization, planning, and results-oriented. **General Knowledge:** * Construction processes for vertical and horizontal mass-produced housing * Civil works construction processes * Planning and control of materials and budgets **Software:** * Office, Project, AutoCAD, Opus; ERP proficiency desirable **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm; Saturday, 8:00 am to 1:00 pm Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $14,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
