Position Summary: We are seeking an Architect or Civil Engineer to lead residential construction and supervise quality control of housing projects, coordinating contractors and managing construction processes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Direct and supervise residential construction 2. Coordinate contractors and control quality 3. Experience in vertical and horizontal residential construction processes **Education:** Architect or Civil Engineer. **Responsibilities:** * Receiving platforms and installations * Directing residential construction * Supervising quality control of housing * Coordinating and organizing contractors **Competencies:** Leadership and team management skills, negotiation and problem-solving abilities, honesty, analytical thinking, organization, planning capability, results-oriented. **General Knowledge:** * **Serial vertical and horizontal residential construction processes.** * Civil works construction processes. * Material and budget planning and control. * Familiarity with serial housing is desirable. **Software:** * Office, Project, AutoCAD, Opus; ERP proficiency is desirable. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm; Saturday, 8:00 am to 1:00 pm Salary: $14,000\.00 \- $15,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Transportation assistance or service * Option for indefinite-term contract * Company phone * Additional vacation days or paid leave Work Location: On-site employment
