Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and results-oriented Interior Design Architect to develop innovative and functional proposals—from conceptualization to execution—ensuring quality and client satisfaction. Key Highlights: 1. Develop innovative and creative interior design concepts. 2. Manage projects from conceptualization through execution. 3. Coordinate and supervise suppliers and construction execution. We seek a creative and results-oriented Interior Design Architect responsible for developing innovative and functional proposals for residential, commercial, and/or corporate projects. The role entails managing projects from conceptualization to execution, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and client satisfaction. **Responsibilities:** · Develop interior design concepts and creative proposals aligned with client needs. · Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, construction details, and executive presentations. · Generate 3D models and renderings for project visualization. · Select materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting in accordance with budget. · Coordinate and monitor suppliers, contractors, and construction execution. · Conduct architectural surveys and spatial analysis. · Supervise on-site progress to ensure correct implementation of the design. · Prepare concept catalogs and support budget integration. · Maintain continuous communication with clients throughout all project phases. **Requirements:** · Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design. · Minimum verifiable experience of 5 years in interior design and/or project execution. · Proficiency in software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, V\-Ray, Lumion or similar. · Knowledge of materials, trends, and construction processes. · Organizational, communication, and teamwork skills. · Microsoft Office suite.
