Job Summary: The Collections Supervisor visits customers to inform them about their credit status, persuade them to make payments, promote digitalization and omnichannel services, and increase the customer portfolio. Key Responsibilities: 1. Promotes customer digitalization and omnichannel services. 2. Increases the number of customers through credit promotion. 3. Visits customers to inform and persuade them regarding payments. The role of the Collections Supervisor is to visit customers at their homes in order to inform them about their credit status, persuade them to fulfill their payment commitments, and encourage continued purchases from Grupo Coppel companies. The supervisor must promote customer digitalization and the company's omnichannel services so customers can make purchases or payments, and must promote Grupo Coppel's credit offerings to increase the number of customers.
