We are currently seeking your talent as an **EQUIPMENT ADMINISTRATION COORDINATOR.** **Job description:** Responsible for managing project supplies timely and effectively to ensure project execution and delivery. **What qualifications must you have?** * **Resident of Monterrey, Nuevo León.** * Education: Engineer or Architect. * Experience: Construction site control, construction contracts, construction budgeting. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and Microsoft Office suite. * Intermediate level of English. * Knowledge of PMI methodology or equivalent. * Familiarity with quality, health, and safety standards. **What responsibilities will you undertake?** * Review architectural drawings to ensure compliance with brand standards. * Quantify project materials and equipment. * Request quotations and track progress, ensuring timely delivery. * Review technical specifications of materials to ensure compliance with brand-imposed standards. * Develop supply schedules. * Conduct comparative analyses of materials and equipment. * Identify more cost-effective alternatives without compromising quality or efficiency. * Issue purchase orders, track payments, and monitor deliveries to ensure timely arrival. * Financial and contractual control. * Update budgets. * Track supplied and pending materials and equipment. * Ensure all equipment remains in optimal condition. * Conduct periodic joint inventories. * Coordinate with external suppliers regarding material and equipment availability. **Required Skills** * Knowledge of PMI methodology or equivalent. * Strong proficiency in MS Office. * Ability to negotiate contracts with external suppliers to achieve objectives. * Construction/project management software.
