The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating technical requirements into efficient solutions, actively participating in binational coordination meetings, and ensuring projects comply with applicable quality, safety, and regulatory standards. **Responsibilities:** * Design and develop electrical systems for building projects, including: Lighting, Lighting Control, Power and Outlets, Grounding Systems, Single-Line Diagrams, and Riser Diagrams. * Perform load calculations and technical specifications, ensuring compliance with applicable U.S. regulations. * Deliverables Preparation: Create electrical drawings and technical reports using AutoCAD and Revit. * Ensure quality and accuracy of technical deliverables. * Multidisciplinary Coordination: Participate in coordination meetings with teams in Mexico and the United States. * Attend client, architect, and regulatory agency meetings in English. * Translate technical requirements into practical and efficient solutions. * Regulatory Compliance: Apply knowledge of codes and regulations such as: NOM, NEC, NFPA, IEEE, LEED, and Energy Code. * Conduct technical comparisons based on current regulations. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (specialization in Electrical Installations preferred). * Minimum of 4 years of experience in electrical projects within an engineering consulting firm. * Proficiency in design software (Revit, Revit MEP, AutoCAD). * Practical knowledge of laws, codes, and regulations (NOM, NEC, NFPA, IEEE, LEED, Energy Code). * Ability to perform technical calculations and objective comparisons against applicable regulations. * Intermediate English (written and conversational). **What We Offer:** * You can join our “Own It” program, allowing you to acquire shares of WSP Global through monthly payroll deductions and benefit from an additional 50% company contribution (subject to a defined maximum amount). * You gain immediate ownership of your shares, including those acquired through the company contribution. * Annual performance reviews. * Biannual employee engagement surveys. * The opportunity to join a multinational company with high-quality standards and strong growth potential. * The chance to participate in multidisciplinary and multi-sector projects at national, regional, and global levels. \#LI\-AMS \#Mexico **Primary Location** MX\-MX\-Ciudad de México**Schedule** Full\-time**Employee Status** Regular**Experience (Minimum Yrs.)** 5**Job Posting** Mar 2, 2026, 1:45:45 PM
