Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and organized Architect to support the development of architectural drawings, 3D modeling, renders, and technical documentation, with an integrated project vision and multidisciplinary coordination. Option for an indefinite-term contract An Architect focused on technical drafting and executive project development—organized, proactive, and possessing strong aesthetic judgment. The mission: to support the development of architectural drawings, 3D modeling, preliminary renders, and technical documentation, carried out with an integrated project vision and requiring multidisciplinary coordination capabilities. **Main Responsibilities** * Support in developing architectural drawings, installations, finishes, etc. * 3D modeling using Revit and SketchUp. * Technical documentation for on-site delivery. * Requesting quotations from suppliers. * Material quantity takeoffs. * Updating drawings and models. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Architecture (from the 8th semester onward). * Availability to attend the office when necessary. **Experience** * Participation in full-cycle projects—from conceptualization through final delivery. * Technical Knowledge and Competencies **Advanced proficiency in design software:** * AutoCAD * Revit * SketchUp * Microsoft Office * Google Drive **Soft Skills** * Creativity * Proactiveness * Multidisciplinary teamwork * Communication skills * Time management and handling multiple projects simultaneously * Attention to detail * Working under pressure * Problem-solving ability We Offer * Professional growth opportunities * Option for an indefinite-term contract * A collaborative and creative work environment Salary: Starting at $2,211\.58 per week Work Location: On-site employment
