We seek a technically skilled leader who can integrate the precision of digital pattern-making with the strategic vision of a high-performing team. **The Role’s Challenge:** The primary objective is to lead the pattern-making department, ensuring operational and technical efficiency. This position combines expert-level mastery of the Gerber system with the responsibility of managing the team to transform design concepts into high-quality commercial realities. **Leadership and Management Responsibilities:** * **Team Leadership:** Supervise, train, and manage the performance of direct reports (pattern makers and sample makers), ensuring balanced workflow and a collaborative environment. * **Process Optimization:** Implement improvements in grading and drafting methodologies to maximize raw material utilization. * **Quality Assurance:** Validate the accuracy of measurement charts and fit tests prior to production release. * **Strategic Coordination:** Facilitate communication among Design, Production, and Commercial departments to ensure compliance with brand standards including C\&A, Suburbia, Coppel, among others. * **Deliverables Management:** Plan and ensure timely delivery of sample collections for showrooms. **Specialized Technical Responsibilities:** * Pattern making, grading, and drafting using the **Gerber V14 System**. * Development of multi-style garments (Women’s, Men’s, Children’s, Babies) in knitted fabrics. * Garment cloning, fit adjustments, and creation of sewing technical sheets. * Technical analysis of fabric shrinkage and fabric consumption. **Required Profile:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree in Fashion Design, Textiles, or a related technical field. * **Experience:** Minimum 5 years in the textile industry, with proven experience **leading or coordinating teams**. * **Technical Proficiency:** Expert-level knowledge of Gerber V14. * **Competencies:** Leadership, assertive communication, analytical capability, and results orientation. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary and **direct employment**. * Statutory benefits and **above-statutory benefits**. * Food vouchers and savings fund. * Discounts and preferential pricing on brand products.
