Structural Engineering Experts: We are seeking a PROJECT MANAGER with a multi-project focus. REQUIREMENTS: Civil Engineer, degree holder; advanced English proficiency. 5 years of experience in design project integration: * Advanced knowledge of reading and interpreting construction drawings * Familiarity with BIM platforms, REVIT and AutoCAD for project review * Proficiency in project management software (MS Project) * MS Office suite for technical and administrative project controls * Knowledge of construction regulations, safety, environmental standards, and permitting requirements * Construction cost estimation and budgeting RESPONSIBILITIES: * **Project Planning:** Define schedules, scope, resources, and budgets for each project in coordination with relevant departments or areas involved per project (BIM Design, Engineering, Business Development) * **Coordination of Multidisciplinary Teams:** Manage architects, engineers, contractors, and personnel involved in project execution * **Contractor and Supplier Management:** Select, hire, and supervise key subcontractors and suppliers meeting established quality standards * **Cost Control** * **Schedule Monitoring:** Update construction schedules and implement corrective actions to address potential delays, ensuring timely project delivery * **Review and Organization of Drawings and Specifications:** Ensure projects comply with technical requirements, supported by relevant functional teams, and maintain organized archives of drawings, contracts, meeting minutes, and technical reports * **Risk Management and Continuous Improvement:** Identify, assess, and mitigate technical, financial, and legal project risks through process, tool, and methodology optimization, promoting standardization and efficiency * **Quality Assurance and Regulatory Compliance:** Verify that execution complies with applicable standards and specifications, and ensure compliance with permits, licenses, and relevant legislation (environmental, labor, etc.) * **Client Communication:** Maintain effective client communication, providing timely updates on each project phase and confirming adherence to agreed timelines and costs; otherwise, assess and document technical changes and/or discoveries—including their cost-time impact—until final project delivery WE OFFER: Monthly gross salary of $45,000.
