Requirements:
* **Academic Qualification**: Licensed Civil Engineer or Architect.
* **Experience**: 5 years in supervision and execution of Infrastructure projects (Bridges, Highways).
* **Technical Knowledge**: Urban development, earthworks, foundations, steel and concrete structures, quality control, and site safety.
* **Leadership Skills**: Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and simultaneously manage multiple work fronts.
* **Additional Competencies**: Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, MS Project, and Excel.
* **Availability**: Willingness to travel and work at various locations as required by the project.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Supervise and coordinate project execution from planning through final delivery.
* Manage and lead on-site work teams, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and established quality standards.
* Monitor construction progress, prepare periodic reports, and maintain effective communication with clients and contractors.
* Implement and supervise occupational health and safety policies at the construction site.
* Manage the material and human resources required for proper project execution.
