Job Summary: This position involves visiting applicants and customers to verify credit information, inform them about the status of their credits, and persuade them to fulfill their payment commitments. Key Highlights: 1. Field role with direct customer interaction 2. Enjoyment of customer service 3. Street work with route management Coppel stores originated in 1941, when Mr. Luis Coppel Rivas, together with his son Enrique Coppel Tamayo, decided to relocate from Mazatlán to Culiacán, Sinaloa, to establish a small shop named "El Regalo," which eventually began selling radios and watches. After World War II, customers lacked liquidity to make cash purchases, giving rise to their desire for credit. Thus, Mr. Luis Coppel and his son Enrique decided to invest all their savings to sell furniture on credit through convenient weekly installments. Consequently, trusting the customer’s word transformed "El Regalo" into a furniture store operating under a credit system—and it was at this point that it adopted the name "Coppel," as customers had begun calling it. Over time, new product lines were introduced, including apparel. The rest is a story of hard work and dedication grounded in solid principles such as simplicity, trust, and dialogue with the customer.
