We seek passionate professionals with the following profile: **BIM Modeler on Site** **Job Objective:** The BIM Modeler will be responsible for 3D drafting and modeling, and documentation for basic pre-engineering development involved in promotion and bidding processes, based on a predetermined scope of requirements, complying with local regulatory guidelines, applicable codes and standards; utilizing Hermosillo’s BIM standards for required documentation development. **Main Functions and Responsibilities:** * Create and develop BIM models in Autodesk Revit. * Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and other team professionals to integrate information and coordinate technical aspects of the project. * Generate drawings and technical documentation based on BIM models, ensuring accuracy and consistency. * Perform model reviews and analyses to identify potential errors, clashes, or design issues, and propose appropriate solutions. * Participate in team meetings and communicate effectively with other project members to ensure efficient collaboration. * Update project design information. * Formalize information processes and information management related to Design. * Track the issuance of construction drawings. **Requirements:** * Minimum experience in BIM modeling using Revit. * English language proficiency: 80%. * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering, with professional title and license. * Interest and enthusiasm for learning in the Design field. * Prior experience (minimum 2 years) in BIM modeling using software such as Autodesk Revit LOD 350, AutoCAD, Autodesk Construction Cloud, and Navisworks. * Solid knowledge of BIM modeling standards and processes. **Competencies and Skills:** * Quality-oriented. * Sensitivity to guidelines. * Problem-solving ability. * Ability to interpret architectural and technical drawings (attention to detail). * Teamwork. * Effective communication. **Knowledge:** * REVIT expertise. **We Offer:** * Statutory benefits. * Major Medical Expenses Insurance and Life Insurance starting from the first year of employment. * Savings fund.
