Job Summary: We are seeking a Project Architect for the development and design of executive projects in Michoacán, working both on-site and in the office. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in large-scale executive projects. **Vacancy: Project Architect** **Location:** State of Michoacán (On-site and office work) **Work Sites:** Municipalities of Tarímbaro, Uruapan, and Jiquilpan, State of Michoacán We are looking for a **Project Architect** to join our team for projects located in the state of Michoacán. If you meet the following profile, we invite you to apply. **Required Educational Background** *Only candidates meeting strictly one of the following academic qualifications will be accepted:* * **Civil Engineer – Architect** * **Architect** Important Notice: A Professional License (Cédula Profesional) is mandatory. A copy of this document must be submitted as supporting evidence with your application; applications without this document will not be considered. **Work Experience** * **Years of experience:** **3 to 5 years** executing work of this nature. * **Activities:** Must have participated in the execution of work related to the development and design of executive projects involving at least 2,000 m² of construction. **Technical Competencies and Tools** Demonstrable proficiency in computer skills. The candidate must be proficient in **2 to 3** of the following software packages: * Microsoft Office Suite * Microsoft Project * AutoCAD * Revit, 3D Max * Illustrator * Photoshop * Corel Draw **Project Conditions and Location** The specialist must be available to travel and supervise construction works across three distinct work sites within the state of Michoacán: * Municipality of Tarímbaro, Michoacán. * Municipality of Uruapan, Michoacán. * Municipality of Jiquilpan, Michoacán. **How to Apply?** Interested candidates who fully meet the profile are requested to submit their **updated Curriculum Vitae** and a **copy of their Professional License (Cédula Profesional)**.
