Comprehensive management of architectural projects CONSTRUCTION COMPANY SEEKING: ARCHITECT Job Description REQUIRED AREAS: * Construction and renovation * Software: intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in Opus, AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, etc. * Design, execution, and administration ACTIVITIES: Plan and oversee project scheduling Analyze and supervise costs Supervise architectural construction work Prepare construction reports and project progress updates Coordinate operational activities Develop preliminary surveys and drawings according to project requirements (demolitions, special permits, tree removal, land-use changes, feasibility studies) Conceptual design, executive design, and concurrent supervision of architectural construction work Provide reports, meeting minutes, and progress reports Conduct site visits to assess the physical and financial status of projects Understand requirements and procedures for project closeout and follow up on delivery-reception documents Design detailed drawings and specifications SKILLS: - Analytical - Responsible - Creative - Productive Work Location: TLAJOMULCO, JALISCO Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with one-hour lunch break; Saturday, 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM - Requirements - Minimum education: Higher education – Bachelor’s degree 3 years of experience Knowledge areas: Creativity, Administration, Adobe, Analysis, Cost analysis, AutoCAD, Construction, Organization, Project planning WE OFFER: * LEGAL BENEFITS * WEEKLY SALARY * OPPORTUNITY FOR GROWTH Employment type: Full-time Salary: $4,500.00 – $5,000.00 per week Work location: On-site employment
