Construction Supervisor Profile Supervise and coordinate all construction-related activities for a project, ensuring compliance with established timelines, quality, safety, and budget. Guarantee adherence to technical specifications and occupational safety regulations, contributing to project success and efficiency. Responsibilities: * Supervise and coordinate daily site activities, ensuring compliance with work schedules. * Ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment meeting project specifications. * Guarantee that work is executed in accordance with drawings, technical specifications, and applicable regulations. * Monitor the performance of workers and subcontractors, ensuring maintenance of high standards of quality and safety. * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on construction progress and budget status. * Resolve technical and construction problems arising during construction. * Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project. * Ensure compliance with occupational safety and health measures at the worksite. * Manage permits and licenses required for construction execution. * Review and approve execution drawings and possible on-site modifications. * Control and record resource usage in the project to prevent budget deviations. Requirements: * Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. * Minimum 1–5 years’ experience in construction supervision. * Advanced technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building systems. * Proficiency in specialized software (AutoCAD, Project, Revit). * Leadership skills and ability to make decisions in critical situations. * Up-to-date knowledge of construction and safety regulations. * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
