Identify and leverage technological improvement opportunities to establish continuous improvement processes and develop technical solutions that drive business growth and efficiency. ### **Key Responsibilities:** Proven experience leading complex and strategic technological solutions Experience across multiple domains (applications, data, integration, cloud, security). Ability to define architecture standards, patterns, and best practices—not merely applying existing patterns, but establishing and adapting them according to specific needs. Technical leadership and mentoring of teams. Guide, train, and supervise semi-senior and junior architects. Lead architecture efforts across multiple concurrent initiatives, serving as the technical reference point. Clear, strategic, and cross-functional communication. Participate in architecture committees, IT governance, or strategic planning.
