Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (degree certification is mandatory). * Minimum 1 year of experience in architectural design and project development. * Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD 2D and 3D. * Proficiency in design software such as SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, Lumion, or similar tools. * Knowledge of executive drawing preparation. * Ability to work under tight deadlines. * Organizational skills and attention to detail. Responsibilities: * Development of architectural proposals and renders. * Preparation of executive drawings and construction details. * 3D modeling and project presentation. * Coordination with internal departments (production and execution). * Project progress tracking. * On-site surveys and inspections as required.
