Professional and collaborative work environment **NMX Servicios y Comercio Industrial** is seeking an **Architect** to join its team in order to contribute creativity and technical rigor to the planning, design, and supervision of required construction projects. **Requirements:** * Education: Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field. * Experience: Development of executive projects and budgets within the construction sector (maintenance, industrial construction, special installations, civil works, hydraulic works, etc.). * Software and tools: Neodata, Opus, or similar. * Basic knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, or similar (preferred). * Intermediate Excel. * AutoCAD (basic/intermediate). * Unit price analysis. * Direct and indirect costs. * Construction processes. * Experience working at port facilities. **We Offer:** * Opportunity for professional growth. * Job stability. * Professional and collaborative work environment. * Salary is based on skills and performance.
