We are currently seeking your talent as an **ADMINISTRATIVE CONSTRUCTION COORDINATOR.**
**Job Description:**
Responsible for budgetary and contractual control; tracking purchase orders, invoices, and payments; monitoring procurement, suppliers, and shipments.
Experience in shopping centers, vertical projects, and hotels.
**What Requirements Must You Meet?**
**Resident of Guadalajara, Jalisco (or surrounding areas)**
* Education: Engineer or Architect.
* Experience: Construction site control, construction contracts, construction budgeting, construction processes, Opus or Neodata (budgetary control).
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and Microsoft Office suite.
* Knowledge of PMI methodology or equivalent.
* Ability to obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities.
* Familiarity with quality, health, and safety standards.
**What Responsibilities Will You Have?**
* Negotiate contracts with external suppliers to achieve project objectives.
* Track shipments.
* Budgetary control.
* Invoices.
* Reporting.
* Project budget estimations.
* Civil works.
* Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports.
* Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and report any issues.
* Quantify volumes.
* Review, enter, and approve budgets jointly with Construction Management and Administration Management.
* Implement necessary budget adjustments.
* Calculate field indirect costs.
* Analyze office indirect costs.
* Deliver budgets that are logical, chronological, clearly describe concepts, and include consistent and accurate pricing.
* Generate unit price cards, resource breakdowns, and indirect cost analyses as deliverables based on the budget.
**Required Skills**
* Knowledge of PMI methodology or equivalent.
* Knowledge of obtaining permits and licenses from appropriate authorities.
* Strong proficiency in MS Office.
* Familiarity with quality, health, and safety standards.
* Ability to negotiate contracts with external suppliers to achieve project objectives.
* Construction/project management software.
