Advanced knowledge of: Office/Excel Payment supplements CFDI issuance Bonus reporting ERP systems Skills Effective communication Commitment Planning Organization Attention to detail Negotiation Problem solving Leadership Teamwork Efficiency Job Responsibilities: DEPARTMENTAL PORTAL MONITORING AND KNOWLEDGE Monitoring and reviewing departmental portals. PREPARATION OF SUPPORT DOCUMENTS AND REPORTS Weekly activity report submission to Wholesale, Accounting, and Finance Management REPORTING AND PAYMENT SUPPLEMENTS * Preparation of payment supplements * Payment provisioning * WHLS accounts payable (invoice processing) * Uploading invoices to portals * Payment reconciliations * Generation of portal and client reports * Bonus processing * Monthly CFDI reports * Invoice processing for deposits from Liverpool, Price, PH, and Coppel.
