Aguascalientes 69 is a major renovation project in a 1940s building located in the Roma Sur neighborhood, designed to create nine exceptional apartments, featuring a shared roof garden. The building was originally constructed by one of the members of the musical trio "Los Panchos", and this fact inspired the architectural intervention. <br><br>Each of the nine apartments—each unique—is inspired by one of the trio's nine most representative interpretations, shaping its layout, style, and even its tonal quality, which resonates to the rhythm of the song that gives each apartment its name.
