The candidate will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and optimizing business processes to enhance operational efficiency and support the organization’s strategic initiatives. Responsibilities * Lead **process reengineering and improvement initiatives**. * Identify **process improvement opportunities, bottlenecks, and risks**. * Collaborate with business units and technical teams to define **requirements and operational improvements**. * Support **process management and project analysis**. * Document processes and workflows using **process mapping tools**. Requirements * **5+ years of experience** as a Business Analyst, Process Analyst, or similar role. * Experience in **Business Process Reengineering (BPR)**. * Knowledge of **business process management and analysis**. * Experience in **project analysis and requirements elicitation**. * Strong analytical and stakeholder communication skills. Salary: $30,000.00 - $35,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
