Coordinate with technical teams for rapid issue resolution **Command Center Agent (NOC) – Mastercard \| On\-site \| Mexico City** **Location:** Mexico City (CDMX), Mexico **Work Model:** 100% On\-site **Role Overview** We are looking for a **Command Center Agent** to join a high\-availability operations environment supporting critical systems for a global financial services client. In this role, you will be responsible for **real\-time monitoring, incident management, and coordination with technical teams** to ensure system stability and rapid issue resolution. **Key Responsibilities** * Monitor network and system alerts in a **24/7 Command Center environment** * Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate incidents as needed * Coordinate with internal technical teams for timely issue resolution * Ensure accurate documentation and communication of incidents * Follow established **SOPs and escalation protocols** **Required Qualifications** * Experience in **Command Center / NOC / Monitoring environments** * Strong understanding of **incident management processes** * Familiarity with monitoring and ticketing tools * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills * **Fluent English and Portuguese (mandatory)** * Availability to work **on\-site in Mexico City (CDMX)** **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in **financial services or high\-transaction environments** * Knowledge of ITIL practices or similar frameworks Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent Pay: $50,000\.00 \- $90,000\.00 per month Application Question(s): * What monitoring and/or ticketing tools have you used?
