You will be responsible for analyzing processes, identifying business needs, and tracking strategic initiatives, working closely with operational, commercial, and technology teams. Responsibilities * Elicitation and documentation of business requirements * Analysis and improvement of operational and commercial processes * Identification of areas of opportunity and optimization * Tracking of projects and strategic initiatives * Preparation of reports, workflows, and functional documentation * Coordination with internal departments and multidisciplinary teams * Incident tracking and continuous improvement Candidate Profile * Completed bachelor’s degree (100% credits) * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles and/or activities * Strong analytical capability and operational/commercial understanding * Organization, follow-up skills, and effective communication What We Offer * Base monthly net salary up to $20,000.00 * Statutory benefits * Corporate benefits And more.
