Remote work mode, with our offices open in Palermo Soho. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct system analysis, requirements gathering, and interpretation of information systems * Analyze client businesses and processes to understand and uncover their information needs; based on these, define software requirements and functionalities that provide solutions, designing and documenting such functional requirements in detail * Validate requirement compliance in developed software against gathered documentation * Understand, establish, and formalize client requirements * Define tests to verify requirement compliance in deliverables * Ensure alignment of deliverables with client expectations and project scope * Identify, as much as possible, potential omissions in user requests * Generate functional test cases based on project characteristics and team composition **Requirements:** * University degree in Systems, Computer Science, or related fields * Minimum 3 years of experience in this role, preferably within the IT industry * Experience executing software or information systems projects * Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies * Familiarity with software tools and Microsoft Office suite * Advanced English language proficiency (Desirable)
