Train and support internal teams and clients (advanced English). **Description** --------------- The Role: * Lead the full project lifecycle: client understanding sessions, requirements gathering, Project Plan definition, phase tracking, and time management. * Act as the regional point of contact for global updates, communicating new functionalities and ensuring proper adoption. * Train and support internal teams and clients, including presentations and sessions in English. * Collaborate with global and local teams to define priorities and ensure strategic alignment. * Oversee quality and process compliance during implementations and renewals, including integrations with other platforms. **Qualifications** ------------------ Requirements: * General knowledge of applications and technology platforms. * Basic Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and PDF handling skills. * Experience acting as an intermediary between business and technology teams. * Basic knowledge of Project Management, foundational Business Analytics concepts, and project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall). * 3–5 years of experience in project management. * Advanced English (ability to lead meetings, deliver presentations, and communicate with clients). * Project leadership. * Effective communication. * Customer orientation. * Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
