**González Chevez y compañía is seeking a Social Security Audit Manager in Colonia Del Valle - Benito Juárez, Mexico City** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ **Join an accounting firm with over 30 years of experience and make numbers work for you!** **We are looking for our next:** **SOCIAL SECURITY AUDIT MANAGER** **Location:** Colonia del Valle, Benito Juárez **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. **Work Mode:** Hybrid **Your purpose in this role** Oversee employer compliance regarding IMSS, INFONAVIT, and local taxes, managing monthly reviews, audit opinions, contribution calculations, audits, and interactions with authorities. **Your key responsibilities** * Review monthly IMSS and INFONAVIT contribution calculations. * Determine and file local taxes (ISN CDMX/EDOMEX and other states). * Supervise salary integration (SBC) and its variability. * Manage SIDEIMSS, SUA, IDSE, SIPARE, ICSOE, and SISUB. * Coordinate reviews, reconciliations, audit opinions, and audits. * Supervise operational staff, auditors, and assistants. * Analyze discrepancies and propose preventive corrections. * Advise the firm’s clients on social security and local tax matters. **Requirements** Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting or related field (degree holder). Minimum 5 years’ experience in IMSS/INFONAVIT/ISN. Knowledge of the Social Security Law (LSS), Federal Labor Law (LFT), INFONAVIT Law, and Local Finance Law. Advanced proficiency in Excel, SUA, IDSE, SIPARE, SIDEIMSS, CONTPAQi, NOI, and ERPs. Desirable: Experience with REPSE, SIROC, and amortization of INFONAVIT and INFONACOT loans.
