




Position Summary: We are seeking a Human Resources intern to support recruitment, selection, internal communication, employer branding, and event organization. Key Highlights: 1. Location: San Pedro Garza García Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Requirements: Active student in Administration, Psychology, Social Work, Human Resources, Communication, or related field Graduation expected within 1 year Flexible schedule availability Main Responsibilities: * Recruitment and Selection * Posting job openings on job boards and social media. * Screening resumes and conducting preliminary phone or virtual interviews; coordinating interviews with department leaders. * Tracking candidates throughout the selection process. * Assisting with updating candidate databases. * Supporting the preparation of internal announcements. * Managing company social media content (focused on employer branding). * Supporting internal communication campaigns. * Collaborating in organizing internal events and integration activities. * Assisting with filing and record control. * Preparing basic recruitment and communication reports. * Providing general support to the Human Resources department. Knowledge and Skills: * Microsoft Office * Social Media We seek an organized individual with a strong sense of responsibility, results-oriented mindset, attention to detail, proactive attitude, team collaboration skills, and positive disposition.
