Responsibilities * Posting job openings on various employment platforms. * Operational, administrative, and specialized recruitment. * Screening and reviewing resumes. * Initial and in-depth competency-based interviews. * Basic application and interpretation of psychometric tests. * Candidate follow-up throughout the entire hiring process. * File compilation and documentation. * Coordination of interviews with department leaders. * Follow-up on new hires and onboarding process. * Management of job banks, social media, and talent attraction strategies. * Participation in job fairs and field recruitment as required. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Administration, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment and selection. * Experience in operational and administrative recruitment. * Knowledge of competency-based interviews and psychometric tests. * Proficiency in employment platforms and social media. * Strong verbal communication skills. * Organizational skills, follow-up capability, and sense of urgency. * Basic/intermediate proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office suite.
