We are looking for talent to join as an **Operational Recruiter** and become part of a dynamic team focused on talent attraction. The selected candidate will be responsible for filling operational vacancies quickly and effectively, ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout the entire process. Responsibilities: * Posting job openings on job boards and social media. * Resume screening and initial interviews. * Timely follow-up with candidates until hiring. * Coordinating interviews with department leaders. * Onboarding and submission of complete personnel files. * Updating recruitment databases and generating recruitment reports. * Meeting hiring targets and time-to-hire goals. Requirements: * Completed bachelor’s degree. * Minimum 6 months of experience in operational or mass recruitment. * Proficiency in recruitment platforms and social media. * Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. * Organizational skills and results-oriented mindset. * Ability to work under goal-based pressure and a fast-paced environment. Schedule: * Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00 hrs * Saturday, 08:00 to 13:00 hrs Location: **We are located at C. Río Lerma 4, Col.
