Job Summary: Recruitment Coordinator responsible for end-to-end activities—from job posting publication to candidate follow-up and participation in talent attraction strategies. Key Highlights: 1. End-to-end management of the recruitment and selection process. 2. Proactive talent sourcing and administration of psychometric assessments. 3. Collaboration on talent attraction strategies and job fairs. * Posting job openings across various recruitment channels (job portals, social media, job boards, etc.). * Proactive candidate sourcing (headhunting) via multiple platforms. * Screening and analysis of resumes according to required profiles. * Conducting telephone, virtual, and in-person interviews. * Administering and interpreting basic psychometric assessments (as appropriate for the position). * Coordinating interviews with department leads or internal clients. * Timely candidate follow-up throughout the entire selection process. * Maintaining candidate files and managing documentation. * Preparing recruitment reports and tracking open positions. * Meeting hiring coverage and time-to-hire KPIs. * Participating in job fairs and talent attraction initiatives. * Supporting onboarding processes when required. Salary: $16,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
