Major company specializing in courier services is seeking: ¨Experienced Recruiter" **Responsibilities:** * Posting job openings on various platforms. * Screening resumes and scheduling interviews. * Conducting initial interviews and candidate screening. * Coordinating interviews with department managers. * Following up throughout the selection and hiring process, including psychometric tests, driving tests, and scheduling ESE. * Compiling employee files, verifying and reviewing that complete documentation is provided. * Assisting with onboarding new employees (introductions and facility tours). * Signing employment contracts with our staff. * Conducting background checks and collecting professional and personal references from candidates. Requirements: * Completed bachelor's degree in psychology, human resources, business administration, or related field; or completed high school. * 2 years of experience in recruitment, resume screening, interviewing, candidate follow-up, and file preparation. * Proactive attitude, commitment, goal achievement.
