Supports onboarding and orientation of new hires. **PERSONNEL RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION** We are seeking a Personnel Recruiter to manage attraction, selection, and hiring processes, ensuring timely coverage of operational and administrative vacancies. **Responsibilities:** * Posting job openings on job portals and social media * Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews * Administering psychometric assessments * Candidate follow-up through to hiring * Compiling personnel files * Supporting onboarding and orientation **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field * Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment * Proficiency with job portals (Indeed, OCC, LinkedIn, etc.) * Competency-based interviewing * Organization and follow-up skills Interested candidates should send their CV to: hector.salazar@yvasa.com Employment type: Full-time Salary: $111,111.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
