Position Summary: We are seeking a creative and organized Content and Programming Producer to develop, coordinate, and execute content, as well as track commercial campaigns and daily programming operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develops, coordinates, and executes creative content. 2. Coordinates mentions, interviews, and commercial integrations. 3. Monitors and tracks content and campaign performance. At Multimedios Radio Digital, we seek a Content and Programming Producer with a creative and organizational focus, responsible for developing, coordinating, and executing content, as well as tracking commercial campaigns and daily programming operations. **Responsibilities:** * Planning and execution of content (segments, interviews, capsules, etc.). * Development of creative ideas for programs and interactive formats. * Coordination of mentions, interviews, and commercial integrations. * Client and active-on-air campaign follow-up. * Scheduling organization for recordings, hosts, and guests. * Direct support to management on projects, agendas, and pending tasks. * Coordination with internal departments (sales, production, and talent). * Monitoring and tracking of content and campaign performance. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. * Experience in media, radio, marketing, or content creation (preferred). * Strong organizational and time-management skills. * Excellent verbal communication and client-interaction abilities. * Creativity, initiative, and results-oriented mindset. * Proficiency with editing tools. * Portfolio (preferred). ***\- We Offer:*** * Biweekly salary payment * Statutory benefits * Savings fund * Credit union * Grocery vouchers * Life insurance ***\- Location:*** * Paricutín 390, Col.
