Position Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Payroll Supervisor to support the calculation, control, and administration of weekly payroll, ensuring compliance with legal obligations. The role entails supporting the calculation, control, and administration of weekly payroll, ensuring compliance with labor and tax obligations, as well as accurate integration of information into payroll and accounting systems. Key Responsibilities * Record and update personnel incidents (hires, terminations, leaves of absence, disabilities, vacations, overtime, etc.). * Calculate weekly payroll in accordance with the Federal Labor Law (LFT) and individual/collective employment contracts. * Generate and cancel payroll CFDIs (Comprobantes Fiscales Digitales por Internet). * Calculate and file tax and social security obligations (IMSS, INFONAVIT, ISR, SUA). * Review and reconcile payroll reports against accounting records. * Prepare payment disbursements and coordinate with the treasury department. * Generate personnel reports and statistics for management and audits. * Support internal and external audit processes. * Maintain up-to-date employee files and the payroll database. * Collaborate with Human Resources on incident tracking and administrative personnel control. Requirements * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, or related field (graduated or intern). * Experience: Minimum 1 year calculating payroll and administering personnel. * Knowledge: * Labor and tax legislation applicable to payroll. * Proficiency in SUA, IDSE, and payroll systems (CONTPAQi, Nomipaq, or similar preferred). * Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, filters). * Skills: * Attention to detail and numerical accuracy. * Organizational ability and multitasking. * Teamwork and effective communication.
