Position Summary: We are seeking a Payroll Supervisor to manage and optimize payroll, social security, and tax contribution processes, including personnel supervision and development. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervision and management of payroll and social security processes 2. Executive management, training, and development 3. Direct client and employee support We are looking for a **PAYROLL SUPERVISOR** for our firm. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field Proficiency in IDSE, SUA, IMSS, Federal Labor Law (LFT), and taxation Intermediate to advanced Excel skills Experience with SICOSS \*preferred Personnel supervision **Experience:** Supervising, managing, and optimizing local payroll, social security, and tax contribution processes Executive management, training, and development Processing IMSS registrations, terminations, and personnel changes Calculating payroll and severance payments Drafting employment contracts, assembling personnel files, hiring, and terminations Monthly calculation of ISR on salaries, ISN, and IMSS contributions Direct client and employee support Filing ICSOE \& SISUB declarations **Offered:** $22,000 to $24,000 GROSS monthly Integrated food vouchers Statutory benefits Life insurance Free psychological support Ongoing external training **Work Location:** Reforma, Cuauhtémoc, CDMX **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM ***\*****Hybrid starting from the 4th month* Apply through this platform Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Up to $24,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Food vouchers Application Question(s): * How many people have you supervised?
