We are seeking a Payroll/HR Executive for a major hydrocarbon marketing company (gasoline and gas) located in León, Guanajuato.
**Main Responsibilities**
* Execute the payroll process comprehensively, ensuring accuracy and timely compliance.
* Administer and control payroll incidents: attendance, absences due to illness, vacations, bonuses, deductions, etc.
* Ensure compliance with social security obligations (IMSS, INFONAVIT) and tax-related payroll requirements.
* Perform payroll vs. accounting reconciliations and ensure accurate recording of earnings and deductions.
* Maintain up-to-date employee information in payroll systems and personnel files.
* Address and resolve employee inquiries regarding payments, pay slips, benefits, and general HR matters.
* Prepare payroll reports, labor cost analyses, and accruals to support decision-making.
* Support the execution of HR processes such as performance evaluation, training programs aligned with business needs, workplace climate assessments, etc.
* Participate in organizational improvement initiatives and talent management enhancement.
**Requirements**
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
* Minimum 2–3 years of experience in payroll administration and execution.
* Solid knowledge of labor legislation, payroll processing, and social security (IMSS, INFONAVIT, Federal Labor Law).
* Experience handling payroll incidents, payroll calculations, and employee support.
* Preferred complementary experience in HR processes (performance management, training, or workplace climate).
* High attention to detail, confidentiality, and organizational skills.
* Analytical ability and problem-solving skills.
* Effective communication skills.
* Initiative and proactivity.
**Additional Information**
* Reference salary: $14,000–$18,000 gross monthly, plus superior benefits (30-day bonus, SGMM, 2% Savings Fund).
* Location: León, Guanajuato, central area.
