We accompany our clients in making key decisions, helping them operate more efficiently, mitigate risks, and strengthen profitability. **Purpose of the Position:** To accurately and timely execute operational payroll processing, ensuring compliance with payroll incidents, base calculations, and correct information integration for validation—thereby contributing to service quality, legal compliance, and departmental efficiency. **Key Responsibilities:** * Operational payroll processing * Information control and validation * Operational compliance * Team support **Academic Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting (completed). * Payroll or social security training preferred. **Experience:** * 1–3 years of payroll processing experience. * Experience in recording payroll incidents and basic calculations. * Experience in accounting firms or companies managing multiple payrolls is preferred. **Technical Knowledge:** * Proficiency in CONTPAQi Nóminas (preferred). * Basic use of IMSS and INFONAVIT portals. * Basic calculation of ISR (income tax) and employer–employee contributions. * Basic–intermediate Excel proficiency. * Knowledge of payroll incidents.
