




Position Summary: RH PLANNING is seeking a Payroll Assistant to manage the full payroll process—from preparation and electronic invoicing (CFDI stamping) to obligation tracking and audit support. Calculation of severance payments, settlements, and benefits according to the Federal Labor Law (LFT) **RH PLANNING is seeking a Payroll Assistant in San Pedro Garza García, Nuevo León** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **Work Location:** San Pedro Garza García, N.L. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field * Minimum 3 years of payroll experience (in companies with **+1,000 employees** and/or multi-branch operations) * Proficiency in payroll systems (CONTPAQi, NOI, Runa, Worky, Meta4, SAP, or similar) * Knowledge of SUA, IDSE, IMSS Virtual Desktop, and SAT platforms **Responsibilities:** * Preparation of weekly and biweekly payroll; integration of attendance incidents (absences, disabilities, bonuses, commissions); calculation of earnings and deductions per applicable law; CFDI stamping and validation for disbursement. * Employee onboarding, termination, and salary adjustments in IDSE; calculation of employer-employee contributions in SUA; INFONAVIT loan tracking and response to related requests. * Calculation of severance payments, settlements, vacation entitlements, vacation premium, and year-end bonus (aguinaldo), in accordance with the Federal Labor Law (LFT) and internal policies. * Management of tax (ISR), IMSS, and INFONAVIT obligations; personnel file maintenance; and audit support. * Generation of labor cost reports, social security burden reports, KPIs, and accounting reconciliations. **Benefits:** * Monthly gross salary up to **$23,000** * Statutory and above-statutory benefits: * 50% vacation premium * 30 days’ year-end bonus (aguinaldo) * Life insurance * Profit-sharing **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM **Desired Education Level:** Higher education — degree holder **Desired Experience Level:** Mid-level **Departmental Function:** Accounting / Finance **Industry:** Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain, and Warehousing *This job posting originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j_id=69bc09495c00002f0011de52&source=indeed
