We are seeking: **PAYROLL ANALYST** **Requirements:** * Education: Business Administration, Business Management, Accounting, Finance, Labor Relations, or related field * Valid degree certificate and professional license * Minimum 5 years of experience in this position * Experience with the Federal Labor Law (LFT) * Experience calculating payments to IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, and ISN * Experience calculating and preparing payrolls, including tax calculations **Work Location:** Av Gustavo Baz 175, U Habit. Maintain employee files per the Federal Labor Law and IMSS guidelines. * **Social Security:** Supervise affiliation activities (registrations, cancellations, salary adjustments) and ensure correct payment of employer–employee contributions. * **REPSE:** Ensure compliance with the Federal Labor Law provisions applicable to companies registered in the Registry of Specialized Service Providers or Specialized Construction Works (REPSE), submitting required reports to the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare (STPS). * **Legal Updates:** Stay current on labor and social security regulations, implementing changes promptly.
