Job Summary: RH PLANNING is seeking a Payroll Analyst to handle end-to-end payroll preparation and management, contributions, and labor obligations. Key Highlights: 1. End-to-end payroll management, from attendance incidents to CFDI stamping 2. Administration of employee onboarding, offboarding, modifications, and employer-employee contributions 3. Calculation of severance payments, settlements, and statutory benefits **RH PLANNING is seeking a Payroll Analyst in San Pedro Garza García, Nuevo León** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **Work Location:** San Pedro Garza García, N.L. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field * Minimum 3 years of payroll experience (companies with \+1,000 employees and/or multi-branch operations) * Proficiency in payroll systems (CONTPAQi, NOI, Runa, Worky, Meta4, SAP or similar) * Knowledge of SUA, IDSE, IMSS Virtual Desktop, and SAT **Responsibilities:** * Preparation of weekly and bi-weekly payrolls; integration of attendance incidents (absences, disabilities, bonuses, commissions); calculation of earnings and deductions per applicable law; CFDI stamping and validation for disbursement. * Employee onboarding, offboarding, and salary modifications in IDSE; calculation of employer-employee contributions in SUA; INFONAVIT loan tracking; and handling related requests. * Calculation of severance payments, settlements, vacation entitlements, vacation bonuses, and year-end bonuses per the Federal Labor Law (LFT) and internal policies. * Compliance with tax (ISR), IMSS, and INFONAVIT obligations; personnel file maintenance; and support during audits. * Generation of labor cost reports, social security burden reports, key performance indicators, and accounting reconciliations. **Benefits:** * Maximum salary: **$23,000 gross monthly** * Statutory and enhanced benefits: * 50% vacation bonus * 30 days’ year-end bonus * Life insurance * Profit-sharing **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM **Required Education Level:** Higher education \- degree holder **Required Experience Level:** Mid-level **Departmental Function:** Accounting / Finance **Industry:** Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain, and Warehousing *This vacancy originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=69bda26836000037005cbf4d\&source\=indeed
