




Position Summary: Responsible for managing payroll and employee benefits, ensuring compliance with labor, tax, and social security regulations through efficient and transparent processes. Key Highlights: 1. Manages payroll for multiple companies with accuracy and regulatory compliance. 2. Administers benefits, including food vouchers and social security provisions. 3. Performs IMSS reconciliations, contribution calculations, and REPSE management. **Position Objective** Ensure accurate administration of the company’s payroll and benefits, complying with labor, tax, and social security regulations, while guaranteeing efficient, transparent, and reliable processes for employees and the organization. **Main Responsibilities** **Payroll Management** * Weekly entry of payroll incidents into the **Nomipaq** system (absences, Infonavit deductions, loans, hires, and terminations). * Administration of payroll for multiple companies, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance. * Payroll stamping, severance payments, and per diem payments. **Benefits and Social Security Provisions** * Tracking of attendance and punctuality bonuses. * Administration of food vouchers with external providers and independent stamping. **Per Diem Payments** * Stamping of per diem payments to ensure proper tax deductibility. **IMSS and SUA** * Monthly payroll reconciliation against IMSS certificates. * Verification of affiliation movements and Infonavit deductions. * Employee registration and tracking in **SUA**. * Calculation and determination of employer-employee contributions. * Generation of payment reference numbers and due date tracking. **Work Risk Premium** * Registration and tracking of disabilities for work risk premium calculation. **Severance Payments and Special Benefits** * Calculation and stamping of severance payments. * Calculation of **PTU and Christmas bonuses**, considering payroll incidents. **Employee Support** * Distribution of payroll receipts. * Addressing and clarifying employee inquiries. * Requesting and tracking pending information required for stamping. **Accounting Records** * Integration of accounting information via interfaces **Nomipaq – Contpaq**. **REPSE** * Monitoring and fulfillment of REPSE-related obligations. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. * Experience in payroll and social security processes. * Proficiency in Nomipaq, SUA, and the IMSS portal. * Knowledge of labor and tax regulations. **Skills** * Organization and attention to detail. * Confidentiality and accountability. * Effective communication with employees and authorities.
