This opportunity is for you!** We are looking for a **Passenger Service Assistant** at Monterrey International Airport. **Shift:** 6 hours per day, rotating shifts based on flight operations, two weekdays off. **What do you need to apply?** * Upper-intermediate or advanced conversational English. * Completed high school diploma or incomplete bachelor's degree related to tourism (mandatory requirement). * Interest in customer service and excellent service attitude. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Residence near Monterrey International Airport, or no difficulty arriving for early-morning shifts. * Valid and up-to-date official documents. **What will your daily responsibilities be?** 1\. Assist passengers with check-in at kiosks. 2\. Attend to passengers in the lobby and direct them to the appropriate queues. 3\. Verify that passengers’ immigration and customs forms are fully and correctly completed, then deliver them to the respective areas. 4\. Direct passengers to immigration. 5\. Escort passengers to customs to collect their baggage. 6\.
