That’s why—and for many more reasons—**join our team**! **Job Objective** Support the development, review, and updating of **urban and architectural projects**, contributing to their proper technical execution and regulatory compliance. **Main Responsibilities** * Support the **preparation and modification of architectural and urban development plans** (sanitary, stormwater, and potable water). * Interpret drawings and collaborate on **engineering coordination**. * Conduct **basic site surveys and analysis**. * Support the integration of **executive projects and technical documentation**. * Collaborate in the **preparation of drawings for permits and licenses**. * Review external drawings and follow up on required adjustments. * Support the updating of **as-built drawings**. * Participate in site visits for information validation and progress tracking. * Maintain order and control of project technical information.**Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in **Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field** (recent graduate or up to 2 years of experience). * Basic experience in **urban development or building construction projects** (internships or social service). * Proficiency in **AutoCAD (mandatory)**; Civil 3D is desirable. * Basic knowledge of **urban regulations and construction processes**. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in **Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field** (1 to 2 years of experience). * Basic experience in **urban development or building construction projects** (internships or social service). * Proficiency in **AutoCAD (mandatory)**; Civil 3D is desirable. * Basic knowledge of **urban regulations and construction processes**. **We Offer** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience * Statutory benefits * Professional development and growth * Participation in high-impact projects Employment type: Full-time Salary: $21,035\.01 \- $22,500\.00 per month Benefits: * Additional vacation days or paid leave Work location: On-site employment
