High attention to detail, order, discipline, and responsibility We are seeking a Junior Internal Control Assistant. **Department:** Finance / Internal Control **Work Modality:** Hybrid (possibility of remote work HO – to be confirmed) **Location:** Downtown (to be confirmed) **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (to be confirmed) A growing company is seeking to hire a **Junior Internal Control Assistant** to support administrative and document control activities, ensuring order, traceability, and compliance in daily operations. **Position Objective** Support the implementation and maintenance of internal controls through the preparation, review, and safeguarding of forms and documentation, as well as process monitoring and verification of evidence. **Main Responsibilities** * Preparation, completion, and control of forms, checklists, and operational reports. * Integration, updating, and safeguarding of physical and digital files. * Verification of information and documentation according to internal procedures. * Monitoring of operational, administrative, and financial controls. * Version control, dates, signatures, and evidence management. * Support for basic internal reviews (prior to audits). * Registration and tracking of incidents, observations, or missing items. * Support for repetitive, high-volume operational tasks, with careful attention to detail. * Internal communication for requesting and organizing information. **Requirements** * Internship status or bachelor’s degree/technical degree in Administration, Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or related field. * Full availability to work. * Must possess a positive attitude and strong willingness to learn and gain experience. **Experience:** * Preferred: **0–2 years** in administrative roles, document control, quality, internal audit, or internal control. * Professional internships or social service experience will be considered. **Desired Knowledge** * Basic to intermediate Excel skills (data entry, filters, formatting). * Document control and file management. * Basic concepts of internal control and processes (not mandatory). * Management of digital files and shared platforms. * Preferred: familiarity with internal audit or compliance principles. **Skills and Competencies** * High attention to detail. * Order, discipline, and responsibility. * Ability to work with routine and large volumes of information. * Process monitoring and adherence to procedures. * Attitude of continuous learning and professional development.
