




Education. -Bachelor's degree in Administration, Psychology, Accounting or related field. Minimum 3 to 5 years in similar positions **POSITION OBJECTIVE** To administer, coordinate and execute Human Resources area processes, ensuring proper talent management, compliance with labor and tax obligations, as well as employee development and well-being. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** **Recruitment and Selection** * Gather job profiles from different requesting departments. * Post job openings on various media and employment portals. * Screen, interview and evaluate candidates. * Coordinate psychometric and medical exams. * Compile new employee files and follow up on onboarding process. **Payroll and Personnel Administration** * Prepare and review weekly, biweekly or monthly payroll. * Control and update attendance records: attendance, delays, vacations, leaves, etc. * Calculate severance and termination payments. * Register, cancel and modify employee data with IMSS, INFONAVIT and SAT. * Maintain and archive personnel files. **Labor Relations** * Enforce and monitor internal regulations and company policies. * Handle incidents, disciplinary actions and labor conflicts. * Follow up on labor inspections or social security audits. * Negotiate with employees. **General HR Management** * Maintain organizational charts, staffing tables and personnel reports. * Participate in department budget planning. * Generate performance indicators (turnover, absenteeism, training compliance, etc.). * Knowledge required: * Federal Labor Law, IMSS, INFONAVIT, Income Tax (ISR), SUA and IDSE. * Payroll systems (COI, NOI, Runa, Nomipaq, etc.). * Advanced Excel skills. * Skills and Competencies: * Effective communication. * Leadership and decision-making. * Organization and planning. * Discretion and handling of confidential information. * Conflict resolution and teamwork. * Results-oriented. 18,000 to 20,000 Net plus statutory benefits, mixed salary Job type: Full-time Salary: From $20,000.00 per month Work location: On-site
