Opportunity for professional growth and learning **MECHANIZED BRICK MANUFACTURER SEEKING:** **Human Resources Intern.** **What Are We Looking For?** * Students from the **8th semester onward** in **Industrial Engineering, Human Resources Bachelor’s Degree, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology**, or related fields. * Interest in **recruitment and personnel selection, training and development**. * Willingness to learn in a **real industrial environment**. * Proactive attitude, organizational skills, teamwork, and strong communication skills. **Desired Knowledge:** * **Minimum 6 months of experience** as an intern or performing social service in the Human Resources area. * Basic knowledge of **recruitment, interviews, and personnel file management**. * Support in **personnel onboarding and training processes**. * Handling of basic HR metrics (vacancy coverage, turnover, training). * Intermediate Excel skills (tables, controls, reports, and data analysis). * Document control and administrative follow-up of personnel. **What Will You Do?** * Support in **recruitment and selection processes** (job posting, CV screening, interview coordination). * Integration and control of **personnel files**. * Support in **personnel onboarding, training, and development programs**. * Tracking attendance lists and training evidence. * Preparation of administrative reports and Human Resources metrics. * Support in general activities of the Human Resources department.
