Job Summary: We are seeking an HR Generalist with 5 years of experience to manage recruitment, hiring, administration, organizational development, and labor relations processes. Negotiation skills RH CONECTA is looking for an HR GENERALIST to work for a company serving the maquiladora industry, with over 80 employees located in Ciudad Juárez; the work location is near Las Torres. * Completed degree in fields related to the position * 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist * Recruitment and selection (administrative, operational, and/or technical profiles) * Hiring and onboarding processes * Personnel file administration and document control * Management of employee registrations, terminations, and transfers with the Mexican Institute of Social Security (IMSS) * Calculation of severance payments and settlements in accordance with the Federal Labor Law * Organizational development (performance evaluations, workplace climate assessments) * Training and follow-up on development plans * Employee support and conflict resolution * Enforcement of internal regulations and disciplinary measures * Coordination of internal events and organizational culture initiatives * Compliance with labor regulations and internal audits * Knowledge of current labor legislation * Payroll and attendance tracking, preparation, and follow-up * Labor relations * HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, workplace climate, etc.) * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel proficiency * NOM-STPS (occupational safety and health) We seek a service-oriented, leadership-driven individual with negotiation skills and the ability to handle job responsibilities with a strong sense of urgency.
