Initial contact with candidates for process follow-up. Assistance in scheduling interviews. Integration and filing of personnel files. Data entry and updating in systems or databases. Support in basic administrative activities (filing, document control, simple reports). Compliance with confidentiality guidelines and information handling protocols. Required Profile: Education: Completed high school or technical degree (preferred). Experience: Not required / minimal experience in administrative or HR areas (preferred). Basic knowledge of: Computer use, Microsoft Office suite (Word, basic Excel). Skills: Organization, Responsibility, Communication, Service-oriented attitude, Teamwork.
